Choose the email service that suits you
A domain name and an email service are separate things. We connect your domain to the provider you already use, or help you choose one. The provider stores and delivers your email; we configure the domain records that make addresses such as hello@yourdomain.co.uk work.
Google Workspace lets you use Gmail, Calendar, Drive and other Google tools with your own domain. It is a familiar business option for people already using Google services.
Apple iCloud+
iCloud+ Custom Email Domain is a straightforward choice for people using Apple Mail, iPhone, iPad and Mac. It can use your own domain instead of an existing iCloud address.
Microsoft 365
Microsoft 365 connects Outlook email to your domain and is often a good fit for organisations using Microsoft Office, Teams and OneDrive.
Fastmail or another provider
We can arrange Fastmail accounts or help set up email with another chosen provider. Fastmail is a focused, independent email service with domain support.

Receiving email
MX records tell the internet which service accepts incoming messages for your domain.
Sending safely
SPF, DKIM and DMARC records help receiving services recognise legitimate email and reduce spoofing.
Addresses and aliases
Your provider creates mailboxes and aliases. You might use John@, hello@, enquiries@ or anything else available at your domain.
Verification
We add the provider's verification records carefully, leaving unrelated website and domain records in place.
We check the current DNS before changing anything. This helps avoid disrupting an existing website or email service.

- Once your provider account is ready, we add and verify the records.
- You create your addresses and test sending and receiving email.
